Our Design Process
After your initial inquiry we schedule a 90 min. virtual audit to explore your vision, timeline and financial constraints. Then we will complete a Discovery + Strategy Phase formulating an customized approach for your property(ies) with a initial scope of work to be agreed upon then dive into Design + Development followed by up with the Implementation + Experience phase to bring us from vision to completion.
DISCOVERY + STRATEGY
We begin with a deep dive into your property, brand, and goals along side a Guest Experience + Safety Assessment to establish a cohesive vision for the location.
DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT
Our collaborative process blends conceptual planning with curated selections of materials, furnishings, and landscaping elements.

When we moved onto our property, there was much potential. Still, we needed a cohesive design, plan, and support to implement our vision for the renovated 1800s farmhouse and barn housing an Airbnb unit, a yoga studio, and a massage space. Kate carefully listened to us, ensuring she understood how we wanted the rooms to FEEL to our guests and us.

Kate's sustainable horticulture and interior design background, education, and focus on sourcing locally helped us establish a more intentional yet natural feel supporting our vision of combining a healthy wildlife habitat with a peaceful, healing environment. The entrance to the property is a vibrant, welcoming guide to the Airbnb and yoga studio every season.
